Seals Splash Deck Half Skirt

The Splash Deck is a "half-skirt" for blocking UV rays from reaching a paddler's lower body and for keeping light spray, splash, drips, and most rain out of the cockpit interior. This design allows for ample room around the paddler's knees and waist. It is best used on recreational kayaks that do not require a sealed cockpit. The Splash Deck is perfect for situations requiring only partial coverage of the cockpit or for kayakers who wish to to have close access to items that can be stored in the included mesh pocket. 

The Seals Splash Deck protects you from sun and splash, while letting air flow in and out the cockpit.

Made of medium-weight coated nylon pack cloth with a large zippered mesh pocket and double stitched seams. The tensioned deck stay gives the deck a dome shape to deflect water.

• Seals Splash Deck: Designed for smaller, standard recreational kayak cockpit sizes 1.2 through 4.2. Best For: Standard-sized recreational boats where you want light splash protection and open-cockpit comfort.
• Seals Splash Deck XCockpit Fit: Scaled up for larger recreational kayak cockpit sizes 5.0 through 7.0 (like wider recreational or day-touring models). Best For: Extra-large kayak openings that a standard half-skirt cannot stretch across securely.
