The Manta Ray Hybrid kayak paddle achieves an optimum balance of performance, durability, and lightweight feel.

The blade shape has a concave backside and a slightly convex and curved fontside which provides a flutter free experience, stiffer feel, and quieter entry and exit. The upgraded fiberglass and nylon blade material can handle years of use in a wide range of environments.

The Manta Ray's larger, squarer'ish shaped blade provides more thrust and control than the Sting Ray blade. It is designed for more efficient acceleration and draw strokes.

This paddle's shaft is made from pure carbon fiber--the lightest material available--so paddling is less fatiguing and more enjoyable on longer trips. The shaft is ovalized where the hands go for more comfort and control, and to limit the chances for blisters.

The Posi-Lok™ ferrule is the gold-standard in paddlesports today, known for the secure fit, simplicity, and longevity. Paddlers enjoy the quick, intuitive ability to adjust the blade offset in 15-degree increments depending on wind and other paddling conditions.
