International Shipping through a Package Fowarding Service

We are seeing an increasing demand from international shoppers in countries like Canada, Mexico, the UK, Germany, and even cities like Dubai who are searching the globe for the best outdoor gear available. In many cases, we are happy to assist buyers with getting the order to them overeseas using a parcel Forwarding Service like DHL and USPS, assuming the item(s) is of a manageable handling size and ledoes not require crating and the like. 

We commonly ship paddles, kayak mounting components, paddle boards, and even electric motors internationally through a forwarding service. When an international buyer wishes to have an order shipped to them from our store, we ask that they setup an account with a parcel forwarding company first. The fowarding company will have hubs located here in the U.S. that are setup to recieve the items you wish to have reliably and easily delivered to you. They will securely manage the recieving and forwarding process to include handling the preferred fowarding service speed and method. They will manage customs support, tracking, and communications after the package we send to them is recieved. 

To setup an account with an international forwarding service, simply include your required credentials and contact information on the chosen fowarding service's website. Some forwarding services we have had great success with include Aramex, DHL, and FedEx. 

Should you wish to place an order with us, please:

• Setup the forwarding service first and be sure to place your order online on our website for the items you want us to ship to a forwarding service's U.S. hub.
• When checking-out through our online store, you will enter the hub's shipping address along with a unique identifying code that the forwarder will send you.
• We do not accept international order requests nor process them over email or phone for security reasons.
• Please enter all information as thoroughly and accurately as possible to avoid automated cancelation of your order.
• Tracking information and other communications from a NES staff member will promptly follow as an extension of our high standard for customer service care.
